NCCFD Tax Measure

Nevada County Consolidated Fire District needs your help to pass the proposed Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services Measure. The measure is asking for an increase to fire and emergency fees currently paid by the constituents of the Nevada County Consolidated Fire District. It is imperative that this measure pass in order to maintain current staffing of fire engines and operation of the district. Please click the links below for information, history and reasoning behind the Fire Protection and Emergency Services Measure as well as an informational handout that can be printed and handed out to the public; while relaying information to gain a passing vote.

Penn Valley Firefighter Paramedics Commended

A Penn Valley man is giving praise to Penn Valley Firefighters for saving his life. Responding Penn Valley personnel accurate diagnosed the patients condition, administered immediate proper care and provided rapid transport of his critical condition. Union Meeting

Members please attend our monthly union meetings. Union meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month at 1830 hrs. Meeting locations will be notified prior to each meeting until the completion of Station 1 remodel.
